The things academy owners actually ask us.

How long does setup actually take?

We aim to have you fully set up in the first week of the trial. Our team comes to your academy, uploads your existing data (students, batches, coaches, fees), trains your manager, and hands you a running system. You don't do data entry. If your academy is particularly large, setup may take a bit longer — but we don't count that against your 3-month trial.

What happens if we leave after the trial?

Your data is yours. We export everything — students, fee history, attendance records, everything — in standard formats you can open in Excel or migrate to another tool. No lock-in, no ransom. If Athlio doesn't work for your academy, we'd rather you leave on good terms than stay resentful.

How much does it cost after the free trial?

A small monthly fee based on the size of your academy. Roughly a fraction of what a single full-time fee-collection manager costs you today. We'll give you the exact number during the trial — and only when we're confident you've seen enough value for the price to feel obvious. We'd rather under-promise than sell you on a number before you've seen what you're paying for.

Can my coaches actually use this? They're not tech people.

The coach app is built for people who work with shuttles and racquets, not keyboards. Open it, tap students to mark attendance, done. Our own coaches — some of whom had never used a smartphone app for work before — figured it out in under 15 minutes. If yours can use WhatsApp, they can use this.

Will parents actually pay through an app?

In our experience, yes — parents welcome it. Chasing cash is worse for them than for you. The app supports UPI, cards, and net banking. Parents get a receipt automatically, and a payment history they can see anytime. The ones who resist initially are usually parents who forgot to pay at all — and they stop resisting once they get the first auto-reminder.

What if I already use another tool?

We migrate your data during the setup week. If you're on a spreadsheet, a mainstream school ERP, or another academy tool, we've probably handled it before. Tell us what you're on during the first call, and we'll tell you honestly whether migration is clean or messy.
